I already showed you my stretching routing (take a look back at my last blog post if you haven't seen it), so now here's a look at part of my at-home fitness routine. I love the resistance bands because they're easy on my joints and allow me to be independent. You can also do so much with them in your wheelchair. The bands come with different grips that are great for people with limited hand function or strength.
